６月18日（火），１・２年生の人権集会がありました。
まずＤＶＤを見て，人権について学習しました。
その後，気持ちが温かくなる言葉を出して，みんなで協力しながら人権の木を作成しました。
完成しました♪
これからも，人の気持ちが温かくなるような言葉を学校生活の中でたくさん使ってほしいと思います。
1st and 2nd graders had a human rights assembly.
They learned about human rights throught DVD.
They thought about heartwarming words.
They finished making the Human Rights Tree using heartwarming words.
I hope they will use heartwarming works frequently during their school life.
轟っ子は，日頃の授業も頑張っています。
３年生から６年生は，複式学級なので，積極的にガイド学習（子どもたちが授業を進める形）に取り組んでいます。

６月８日（土），３・４年生は体育館で，工作をしました。
タイトルは『ギコギコトントン クリエイター』
のこぎりやとんかちを上手に使って作品を作ります。

The 3rd and 4th graders had a crafts class.
They did crafts with their parents.
They really enjoyed.
They created a unique and wonderful piece that is one of a kind in the world.
６月８日（土），５・６年生は調理実習がありました♪
今回は，野菜炒めとスクランブルエッグ作りに挑戦しました。
まずは，グループのみんなで手順をしっかり確認します。

次に野菜炒め作り
野菜を切っていきます。
おいしくできました♪
調理実習で学んだことを生かして，お家でも作ってほしいと思います🍲
The 5th and 6th graders had a cooking class.
They cooked stir-fried vegetables and scrambled eggs.
They were delicious!!
I hope they will cook them at home.
６月５日（水），１年生は図工で「♪砂となかよし♪」ということで，砂場でいろいろなものを作りました。
砂場に水を入れて川を作ります
じょうろに水を入れるときも，きちんと順番を守っています。
みんなで楽しく活動できました。
砂とお友達になれたかな？
First-graders made various things with sand in the sandbox.
They looked happy.
They could properly wait their turn to receive water for the watering can.

６月４日（火）は，不審者対応訓練が３校時にありました。
今回は，刃物を持った不審者が１年生教室に侵入するという設定で実践さながら行いました。
みんなも先生方も真剣に取り組みました。
そういうことは，起きないことが一番ですが，もしものために，しっかり訓練し，どのような行動をとればよいか確認することはとても大切なことです。
万が一に備え，どう対応すればよいか考えることが大切ですね。
その後，登校時や下校時に不審者にあったらどうすればよいか「いかのおすし」の合い言葉を再確認しました。

There was a suspicious person response training.
This time, it was conducted realistically with a scenario involving a suspicious person armed with a knife entering a first-grade classroom.
It was very hard but we have to do that because it's impossible to predict when something will occur.

６年生の理科の授業で，メダカの血管と血液の流れの観察をしました。
まず，メダガを水槽からすくいます。

The sixth-graders observed medaka(Japanese rice fish) during their science class.
They used a microscope to observe the blood vessels and the flow of blood in the medaka.
They engaged in the experiment with great interest.
５月19日（水），プール清掃がありました。
５校時に３・４年生が，６校時に５・６年生が一生懸命掃除をしました。
みんなで協力しながらプールについているこけを必死に取りました‼
５月31日（金）に行われるプール開きが楽しみです♪
From the third graders to the sixth graders worked hard on cleaning the pool.
Thanks to the pool cleaning, the pool has become very clean.
We are looking forward to the pool opening on May 31st.
５月22日（水），５時間目に選書会がありました。
どの学年も楽しそうに本を選んでいました。
早く図書室に届くといいね♪
There was a selection of books meeting. They were happily choosing the books they wanted to read.
We can't wait for the books we chose to arrive at our library.
５月15日（水）から16日（木）にかけて，５，６年生は３校合同集団宿泊学習に参加しました。
場所は県立霧島自然ふれあいセンターでした。
朝，学校で出発式を行いました。
校長先生のお話の後，さっそくバスにのって出発しました♪
県立霧島自然ふれあいセンターに着いたら，早速いろんな活動に取り組みました。

夜は，灯火のつどいや３校合同のレクリェーションを楽しみました。
２日目は主に野外活動をしました。

１泊２日の間には，いろんな学校のお友達との交流もあり，楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
There was a school educational camp on May 15th and 16th.” 5th and 6th graders from Uwaba, Koda, and our school joined this program.
They enjoyed activities such as horseback riding, playing with flying discs, and painting chopsticks.
At night, they enjoyed a gathering with lights and enjoyed recreational activities.
I believe the overnight study trip for two days and one night was a very good experience for the students.
